Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition  
- Items must be returned in original packaging  

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including custom or made-to-order products, may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
