Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
